| Barbequed Meat Loaf |
3 lbs. ground beef To make meat loaf, combine ground beef, milk, oatmeal, cracker crumbs, eggs, onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper and chili powder. Shape into loaf in 9 x 13-inch baking pan. |
| Sauce |
2 c. ketchup To make meat sauce, combine ketchup, brown sugar, onion, liquid smoke, and garlic powder. Heat in sauce pan and simmer for 15 minutes. Bake meat loaf in 350° oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and drain any liquid or grease from pan. Pour sauce over meat loaf and return to the oven for 20-25 minutes. |

| Baked Chicken Breast Supreme |
1 1/2 c. sour cream In a large bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, garlic, and pepper. Place chicken in mixture and turn to coat. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Remove chicken from marinade; coat each piece with crumbs. Arrange on a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes or until juices run clear. Makes 8 servings |
