Our goal is to ensure a straightforward buying process. We typically sell all of our brand new townhomes and multifamily homes prior to construction following this 4-Step process:
The first step is talking to a sales executive.
We want to understand your needs and provide you with the information you’re looking for, including available communities and lots, upgrade options, and proforma financials.
Once you’ve selected a community, property, and upgrade options, the next step is to get approved for financing. Once approved, you can put a home under contract.
This starts as soon as possible. Our team will keep you updated and answer any questions you have along the way.
Once we secure a certificate of occupancy, we will close on the home on the contractually agreed upon close date.
If you’re purchasing a unit as an investment property, pre-leasing can begin 30 days prior to the expected completion and we can hand off keys directly to your property manager. (Then we all celebrate!)
